  • Carla began her career as a psychotherapist, and she saw quickly that understanding a problem doesn’t help you stay steady in the room where the pressure is real or when the impact of how you show up matters. Leaders needed a way to change their internal state in real time, not after the fact, not in theory, and not in hindsight.

    Across three decades, she has built a body of work that takes leaders out of mental management and directly into the physiology of performance. She helps clients see the default strategies running their system, interrupt the spin at the right moment, and re-engage with clarity instead of strain.

    Through deep one-to-one engagements and focused intensives, Carla creates a private, highly functional space where leaders can reset, recalibrate, and reconnect with their original drive without losing the precision that built their success or compromising what they need to respect themselves in the role.

    Carla works with a select number of clients each year to protect the depth, confidentiality, and pace this work requires. Every engagement is customized and collaborative. The aim is not to add more strategies but to remove what quietly disrupts clear thinking and clean execution.
