Ways to Work With Carla

Carla works in three private formats. Each engagement is shaped to the situation, with the same depth, discretion, and attention to the person behind the company.

Private Coaching Engagement

Private one-to-one work for founders whose decisions carry real weight, and whose responsibilities, relationships, and inner life all draw on the same person.

The work is grounded in the realities of the business and the life around it. It continues over enough time for recurring patterns to become visible and for clients to change how they respond when those patterns show up.

It is for founders whose way of operating has started to cost more than it returns. It is also for founders facing a period of unusual demand or change, whether that is the next stretch of the business, what comes after it, or something outside the company entirely.

Some of the first changes show up in what stops happening: the decision made from reaction and turned over again that night, the pattern that repeats under pressure no matter what gets restructured, the cost that follows the founder home.

Over time, clients often have more room to think, more capacity between hard decisions, less reactivity under pressure, and greater freedom in how they lead, relate, and respond. They are better able to distinguish what the situation requires from what fear, urgency, anger, or old patterns are pushing them toward.

Sessions are held weekly.

Carla works with a small number of founders in this format each year. Each engagement is confidential and shaped to the situation.

KEALA KANAE, CEO & Founder of Inspirean, Las Vegas NV

“I’m more confident leading my team than I’ve ever been. I’m clearer about where I’m taking the company and more courageous in the face of challenge and uncertainty. The ROI on this work is extraordinary — increased clarity, stronger leadership, and the ability to grow the company while minimizing pressure and stress. It’s one of the best investments I’ve made.”

Standing Alliance

For a small number of founders who want Carla close enough to know the person behind the company and reachable when something important cannot wait.

The hardest moments do not arrive on a schedule. A consequential decision has to be made. Something breaks inside the senior team. Sometimes the issue sits outside the business entirely, and it does not wait either.

There are things founders carry alone.

The call they keep turning over after the meeting ends. The doubt, the secret, the fear that has not been said out loud. These often stay unspoken because there are very few people the founder trusts enough to tell the whole truth to.

A Standing Alliance is built so that the relationship already exists when something consequential happens. Carla knows the person, the patterns, the context, and what matters beyond the immediate problem. They do not have to spend the first part of the conversation explaining the terrain.

The value is not simply access. It is what that continuity makes possible: clearer thinking under pressure, faster recognition of recurring patterns, less time lost turning something over alone, and more capacity to respond without passing as much of the pressure into the company or home.

The relationship includes regular sessions and direct access between them. Founders reach Carla by text or email and hear back the same day on weekdays. When something needs more than a message, she makes room for a conversation that day or the next.

In-person days can be part of the engagement, requested by the founder rather than scheduled far in advance, for situations where being in the room matters more than being on a call.

Carla works with no more than three founders in this relationship at a time. Terms and length of engagement are discussed privately.

Founder

Two-Day Intensive

A private, in-person engagement for a specific inflection point, consequential decision, or period when pressure has narrowed the founder’s ability to see the situation clearly.

Founders use the Two-Day Intensive during major transitions, periods of rapid growth, decisions about what comes next, team or relational fractures, or moments when how they respond will materially affect the company, the people around them, or the next phase of their life.

The work is structured around the specific situation. Founders leave with a clearer sense of what is happening, what needs attention, what does not, and what is shaping their own response. They also leave with more capacity to meet what comes next without automatically falling back on the same patterns that brought them there.

Carla takes a small number of these each year.

“Rapid growth, failed ventures, and a seizure left me feeling lost and anxious. Quarterly 2-day intensives with Carla cleared the noise, surfaced my inner wisdom, and put me on a steady trajectory of personal and business growth again, resulting in a focused, grounded reset.”

Begin With a Conversation

If the way you have been operating has started to cost more than it returns, or you are in a period of significant change or pressure, a conversation is where this work begins.

Engagements are confidential and shaped to the situation. The first call is private and exists to determine fit.
