Sessions are scheduled at a regular rhythm.

For a small number of founders who want Carla close enough to know the person behind the company and reachable when something important cannot wait.

The hardest moments do not arrive on a schedule. A consequential decision has to be made. Something breaks inside the senior team. A transition arrives that the current way of operating cannot carry. Sometimes the issue sits outside the business entirely: a marriage under strain, a health concern, a fear that has never been said out loud to anyone.

There are things founders carry alone. The call they keep turning over after the meeting ends. The doubt, the secret, the dread that arrives at three in the morning. These stay unspoken, because there has never been anywhere to put them that felt safe enough or serious enough to hold them.

A Standing Alliance is built so that nothing has to be carried alone. The company, the marriage, the fear, the dream that will not leave you alone. Clients have brought Carla the things they had never told anyone, and found her steady. She does not flinch, judge, or manage. She will name what needs naming and ask the question no one else will ask. She walks in with them, at the pace they can go, and stays.

Carla comes to know the terrain: how the founder thinks when grounded, what pressure tends to distort, which patterns repeat, and what matters beyond the company. When the stakes rise, they do not have to begin again or explain everything from the start. The work moves quickly because the ground is already built. Decisions get made with someone who already knows.

The relationship includes regular sessions and does not stop there. Founders reach Carla directly by text or email and hear back the same day. When something needs more than a message, she makes room for a conversation that day or the next. She is in it with them, not on a schedule.

In-person days can be part of the engagement, requested by the founder rather than scheduled far in advance, for situations where being in the room matters more than being on a call.

Carla works with no more than three founders in this relationship at a time. Terms and length of engagement are discussed privately.

Two-Day Intensive

A private, in-person engagement for inflection points, decisions that cannot wait, or moments when clarity has narrowed under pressure. Two focused days to examine what is actually driving the situation and restore the ground for what comes next.

Founders use the Two-Day Intensive at high-stakes transitions, in periods of rapid growth, around major decisions, when team or relational dynamics have started to distort, and at moments when how a founder responds will shape trust, trajectory, or culture for what follows.

The work happens in person, in a private setting, structured to the specific situation. Founders leave with clearer discernment about what requires attention and what does not, and a way to meet what is in front of them without relying on the same automatic responses.
