I don't know about you but when I mess up, I can go right into a stressful thought storm. Once in that storm, I become overwhelmed and can even become paralyzed or stuck. Have you experienced the same? In this video, I describe a mess up I discovered this morning and how I found my way through it. I will give you a couple of tips to help you find your way through your mess-ups much more easily.
